The staff was professional. I found the location great. The beach was very close and the beach service was great.

The pool was FREEZING. The receptionist claimed it was 28 degrees. It certainly was not. I noticed some bugs in the bathroom. The bathtub did not fill up at all.

The location was acceptable, placing me within walking distance of many attractions.

I encountered issues with the room's cleanliness. It wasn't up to standard. The shower had grime, and there was an odd smell (I can't quite describe it!). the air conditioning did not work properly. The room was uncomfortably warm .
